excellent condition hospitality, staff is very polite ,nice place heart of of the city ambiance of hotel awesome. Food taste is very delicious .i was enjoy the stay. i ll be come back again. i never forget the hospitality services.

We have visited in corporate party.The arrangement was adequate,food was delicious, slightly congested,good location.Service needs improvement.close to the city centre,well approachable from bus stand and railway station

Stayed for a night here. Clean good rooms, what you would find in 3-4 star hotels. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. So were the waiters at the restaurant... Rooms are good enough for business travelers or those in transit. Not a budget hotel at all. Even tough in the 2000-2500 range. Clean and hygienic bathrooms. Closest to the bus depot and railway station, when compared to other hotels of similar standards. 10 minutes walk to be precise. Has a few restaurants very close to it if you want to eat out, there's a Kolkata restaurant right below, and mughlai punjabi food restaurants around as well.
